Coastal Native Americans (The Ohlones, the Esselens, and the Salinans), were the first inhabitants of Big Sur, a place that embodies the beauty and the freedom of the Wild West. The region that once belonged to Mexico is now one of the “must visit” areas of United States  West Coastal.
I stayed at the Ventana Big Sur in October, and let me tell you … I WANT TO GO BACK! The Ventana Big Sur is a beautiful hotel, but today let’s talk a little about  ” The Restaurant at Ventana” and its great Executive Chef Paul Corsentino, who works with authentic ingredients from the surrounding coastal area into his fabulous always-changing menus. The awarded Corsentino came from New York bring sophistication and great gastronomy to this fabulous restaurant.
So, if you are looking for a fabulous meal with breathtaking views, “The Restaurant at Ventana” is one of the cool places to go! Believe me.
