Chef Matthew Sramek from Amaya restaurant at the Grand Del Mar, offers a menu of American cuisine with Mediterranean influences that will make you feel like at the coasts of Spain, Italy or France as you enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Doesn’t matter if you choose the terrace or the dining room.
Desserts are fabulous, and wine is exquisite with a selection that comes from Spain, Italy and France. So if you have a chance stop by to check it out , I go there frequently and among of my favorites are the beet salad and the hunger steak 🙂
