One of the restaurants that I loved during my recent trip to Colorado was Mahogany Ridge Brewery. Located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, while there, you will find casual dining in a very friendly atmosphere. Chef Jason Salisbury presents an eclectic menu inspired by dishes from all over the world, and you can compliment your choice with their award winning beer, or with one of their excellent wines. So, if you stop by Steamboat Spring, check out Mahogany Ridge Brewery. You will not be disappointed 🙂
