This fashion show was my first Chanel runway, and naturally, I was enchanted – and I still am!
The Grand Palais is much more majestic than any pictures can tell. As we got in, large white panels were hiding the catwalk adding mystery to what lays behind it ( even though the cold was giving us a clue). And as the show started we were astonished by gigantic icebergs, with models dragging their fake fur and chiffon dresses in the water. The show had fabulous light effect, jewelry and some hard to describe energy.
To make everything even better, I not only was invited to the show but also had the pleasure of visit Chanel apartment. The traditional 31 Rue Cambon is everything that you dream of, and a little bit more, the place is divine, and it was a dream come true to me.
