This is without a doubt the most creative restaurant in the resort. The focus of this unique restaurant is its Avant Garde molecular food, which means the food is created with new modern techniques and textures.

Cocina de Autor has been named in the “100 Best New Food and Drink Experiences in the world” by Food and Wine magazine, and I would agree! It was a extremely entertaining culinary experience, let’s take a look!
