The evening began with a festive cocktail hour, followed by an elegant dinner at Terrace by Mix Mix, located on the third level of South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, just steps from the Pedestrian Bridge of Gardens. Known for its internationally inspired menu, Terrace by Mix Mix offers a refined yet approachable dining experience. Chef Ross Pangilinan masterfully presents small plates influenced by French, Italian, and modern Filipino cuisine, creating dishes that are both thoughtful and bold in flavor. Signature offerings such as the Pork Cheek Adobo and the Albacore Tostada are not the only treasures of the house. Nothing is disappointing at Terrace, and every single dish quickly became a favorite at the table.
